PayPal denies sending or receiving personal payments with PayPal India accounts

[Client name], we are sorry to know you are unable to transfer the funds to your current PayPal account. As per the review we see your account is in good standing. With regards to the payment not able to receive we request you to kindly contact that countries customer support and check with them.

Also, currently we do not support sending or receiving personal payments with PayPal India accounts. If you are sending funds as personal payment (such as a gift for a friend or a family member), please find another way to pay until we provide you with this service in India. It is currently not possible to send or receive a personal payment to and from India using PayPal.
