Verkhovha Rada

The Verkhovna Rada is the unicameral parliament of Ukraine. 

It is the highest legislative body in the country, responsible for enacting laws, approving the budget, and overseeing the executive branch. 

The Verkhovna Rada is composed of 450 deputies, who are elected for a five-year term through a mixed electoral system of proportional representation and single-member constituencies.

6. Appointments: Approving appointments of key officials, including the Prime Minister, members of the Cabinet, and judges.
