Disable Conversation View on Desktop:

To disable conversation view for your Gmail account on a desktop computer:

• a. Log in to your Gmail account.
• b. Click on the gear icon (settings) in the top-right corner of the Gmail interface.
• c. Select "See all settings."
• d. Navigate to the "General" tab.
• e. Find the "Conversation view" section.
• f. Select the option "Conversation view off."
• g. Scroll down and click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
