La subida del Euríbor afecta a las hipotecas
Like everyday in morning at 10:30 PM I take a break from my work for having a short walk to provide a relax to my legs and back. Besides, I use this opportunity of walk for visiting to a restaurant situated close to my work place. There I normally order a cup of green tea and the price of a cup of green tea which I pay daily is 1 euro 10 cents. When a restaurant´s waiter serves me green tea, then I have to prepare it before taking sips of green tea.
How to prepare green tea?
The waiter provides me a tea cup with hot water containing one tea bag. The waiter also provides a clean empty cup, a pouch of saccharine and a small spoon. Saccharine does not have any nutritional value but provides strong sweetness in tastes. I keep for few minutes the tea bag inside the hot water, then I pour the prepared tea in the empty cup. Later on, I open the saccharine pouch and pour all the quantity of saccharine in the tea. I stir the tea with small spoon to mix the saccharine with tea. You can watch this video for how I prepare my cup of green tea.
I spend 10 to15 minutes taking sips of my green tea and enjoying the tastes. Sidewise, I start reading a Spanish newspaper which is daily available in restaurant.
Euribor
Nowadays most newspapers are full of stories of Ukraine Russia war and a earthquake in Turkey and Syria. In both peoples are suffering. Many countries are involved in both cases. As a human, I also start to find the pages where news are displayed. But suddenly I have seen a news related to Euribor. Economical up and down in European countries is indicated through up and down in rate of Euribor. Many European people keep an eye on Euribor rate everyday because it regulates economy of their houses also.
House loan and Euribor
In Europe you can purchase a house making an agreement with your bank for a house loan. The banks normally look on you get permanently your salary, and in case of low salary, they can ask you for a guarantee of a property.
Type of House loan
There are two type of house loans.
Fixed rate house loan. You make an agreement with your bank that you will pay to your bank every month a fixed amount of monthly instalment with a fixed interest. For example; you pay 400 euros + 4% interest. In this case, every month you will pay a fixed amount. You have not to worry for rate of Euribor.
Variable: In this case you will pay a fixed monthly amount+ 0.5 to 2% interest depending on your agreement + interest depending on Euribor. From last many years rate of Euribor is zero. But now Euribor rate increases to 3.45% & it may increase more. People who possess this type of loan, economy of their houses will be certainly affected. The fixed rate house loan owners are not affected. Of course, they pay more every month but they have less risk than variable rate house loan owners.
I was also having a variable house loan but I have already paid it just to remove a pressure of every month of paying loan. In Europe, normally people pay loan till they become very old and reach to an age when they can leave any time the world.
Let´s read a conversation which I did with few of my friends and how it is affecting their monthly economy.
Menos mal que he pagado todo hipoteca
A mi me ha subido 114 euros al mes
Es bastante dinero
Yo no me he fijado
como eres rica de dinero, no te lo preocupa😜
Prefiero no saberlo
👏🏽a veces no saberlo es mejor que saberlo
Si a veces es mejor vivir en la ignorancia
Sí así menos problemas enfrentará porque no sabrá el asunto para tratar
