My surrounding blocks me What to do

Everyone faces at some points of the life that the surroundings blocks the progress or what does one want to achieve, that needs more efforts for achieving. I cannot say we cannot achieve the aim which we fix for the life. Only few people achieve their aim easily because everything is in their favour & few have to do battle for achieving the aim.

Those who have to battle they have to battle with surroundings also. It is not only related to capacity of one. You may be highly skilled & capacitated to execute a task, but your surroundings need to support you, otherwise, you will be unable to drive the task to reach at the end. Now your question would be what do I mean by surroundings? 

Let's put an example. You are a sales professional expert in selling cars. You have joined a new office as a saleman and your duty is to sell the cars to clients who are visiting your office for purchasing new cars. You succeed in selling a car to each client in first 30 days. Now, in your surroundings, in the office, 4-5 other salesmen are present who are unable to sell any car in 30 days & you don't have a very good relation with them. Moreover, surroundings of your personal & professional lives have a big impacts on your personal & professional lives. A good surroundings support you to easily solve the problems than bad surroundings which are full of people blocking you at every step or sometimes they block & you come to know after a long time who had blocked your proceeding to achieve an aim. 

Normally such people are around you & they know each & every step of your proceeding. Although they will talk with you very nicely & show their supports for you, but they feel very happy from inside because they know very well the step where the proceeding that are executing they can block because of being higher authority or participation in decision making board or sharing properly the data or information that you need to develop your proposal or any action which block you in going forward on the issue which you are dealing, thus, they make you feel guilty for the time use as a waste of time.

I learnt from one of my friends & even he suggested me several times; One route stops, it does not mean you cannot take another street. Sometimes, you may have to drive in back 🔙 gear ⚙️ to take better route. 

God has created many routes for each one, only that we don't recognize them at 100%. Life will never stop 🚏🛑 from human created blockages. God has not created any blockage. Therefore, one has to do only the own best without any negativity. The results of your best will reach you automatically. 

Of course, you have to keep yourself calm, with patience, & make your mind very strong, & make a plan for a long time in your mind to tackle with the issues which are going to come due to surroundings which are blocking you one or another ways.
