How to avoid suicide
It is related to mental health. We have to think only we are not only one who are having problems.
Millions of people are in similar situation as we have.
Each problem has a solution in itself if we look our life to find what we have achieved up to now.
We can do our best only. Rest is not in our hand, & it is better it is not in our hand because how can we measure ourself our best.
One of the best method to avoid thoughts of sucide is writting our experience. Because many people don't have anyone with whom they can express their thoughts, emotions & angriness. They imagine that the world 🌎🌍 is at end. Of course, it is their world that they consider to reach at the end, not the world of others.
World will take thousands of years to reach at the end or may be it will never reach at the end. We mean to say "World of People". Each person has own world. It is not related to the world which we find on earth as a nature.
Expression is very important if we are with suicidal thoughts. If we engage ourselves in writing, such thoughts are eliminated in seconds.
We know it's not easy & it takes a time at beginning to applying successfully & generating a skill/attitude for engaging ourselves in writing.
But if we succeed 2-3 times in avoiding suicidal thoughts by performing a write-up task to express ourselves, then it works everytime whenever we apply on ourselves.
Suicidal thoughts are eliminated by increasing the engagement of mind into writing task to express the feelings.
