How-to reset or format #nokia n73

I bought Nokia N 73 mobile phone in 2003. I think I bought it when I was travelling first time to Spain. After that I never bought a mobile phone in India. I also remember that I paid 12000 rupees in Varanasi in a shop of Nokia series mobile phones. This was my first mobile phone. After few years I gave it to my mother because she was asking me for a mobile phone. I remember that my family members told me that they provided her several mobile phones. She keep but never use them. She always use our landline phone. Nevertheless I gave her my Nokia N73. But I formated it before providing to her. How did I do, I am showing this in this video.
