What should not be after filling online the #vacancies in #India

We fill several vacancies for finding one job and each one is very time consuming. Earlier we have to prepare photocopy of each documents, marksheets and certificates, and then we have to get signatures of a gazted officer on paper. Always we have to visit bank for getting a demand draft for payment. Thus, after so many preparations and spending days in one to another offices, we succeed to send our applications by postal mail. Now everything is online but still it needs improvements and it should be in favor of candidate who is competing for getting the job. I discussed in this video for What should not be in filling online the vacancies in India. And I did compare with European vacancies online systems.
