Please update system again

I did my best to update it but everytime I failed. I reached at a moment when I was even unable to switch on the mobile phone. There was a problem in plugging the cable to mobile phone for charging it also. Therefore, I discussed few of my friends and decided to visit a chinese shop. In Spain there are many chinese shops. Many of them are for mobile repairing, updating software etc. I visited one. First they told me that the price will be 30 euro for formatting and installing again the software. Day after they called over phone asking me 10 euro more. Then I dicided to take it back and visit another shop which is at a distance of 10 steps from the shop. In the 2nd shop they asked 20 euro for formating, installing again the software and replacing the pins of mobile phone where we conect the charging cable. On 2nd day they provided me my mobile phone and everything was working perfectly. Conclusion: Connect your mobile phone to your labtop, formate it completly and install again the whole software. You can find the instructions on internet about how you can perform this task.
